Jasmine Cottage, a single storey playhouse, has both a front and a side window and an attractive front porch. The compact design makes Jasmine Cottage the ideal playhouse for smaller gardens while still leaving plenty of room to play.

This fantastic playhouse is made from our superior 12mm finish T&G cladding, with a stron internal framework giving this playhouse additional strength and stabilty. The floor & roof are also constructed with T&G boards. WE DO NOT USE ANY CHEAP OSB SHEET MATERIAL LIKE MANY OF OUR COMPETITORS. ALL our buildings are built to last with quality assured. This cute playhouse features 3 joiner made windows which are supplied with perspex and an attractive door with diamond feature. The door also has a rubber finger protector to keep tiny fingers safe from harm. The roof of the playhouse is protected with a strong green mineral felt. 

The jamine playhouse is available in one size 6'x6'. Please note this is the external floor measurement, please allow an extra 3-4 inches for the roof overhang all the way round.
 
To protect your playhouse this product comes pre- treated in a red cedar water base treatment as standard. In order to protect your building once fitted a further coat of a spirit based wood preservative should be applied straight away and annually thereafter.

Alternatively, you can choose our tanalised pressure treatment for an additional cost, if you have your playhouse pressure treated no additional maintanance is required after installation to preserve your product. We do however recommend a one off application of a water repellant.
