The elegantly designed Dovedale allows you to sit back and enjoy your surroundings in the comfort of this quality made summerhouse. The double opening Georgian doors and two opening, 9 pane Georgian windows add to the sophisticated look of this summerhouse, while the two fixed windows ensure the Dovedale is a sun-filled retreat. It also features an optional three foot veranda , offering a pleasant shaded area to relax on hot summer days.
The Dovedale is constructed with Superior 16mm finish Log lap T&G cladding and has strong heavyduty 63x32mm Framework. The building is fully T&G throughout including the floor & roof, which gives extra strength to the building. Beware of competitors who use cheap OSB Board sheet materials or chipboard in floors & roofs and wafer thin framework which offer very little strength or protection where most needed.
The Dovedale has attractive 9 pane double doors and also features two 9 pane fixed windows and two 9 pane opening windows. To complete the look you can also add the optional verandah which comes in three sizes. PLEASE NOTE: the sizes available are external but do not include the measurement of any verandah, if you choose the optional verandah please add this to the overall size of the summerhouse.
As standard the summerhouse comes with attractive black antique hinges and handles with a secure 3 lever motice lock. The roof of the summerhouse is protected with a strong 40kg green mineral felt.
To protect your summerhouse this product comes treated in a red cedar base treatment as standard, alternatively, to keep your shed in top condition you can choose our optional Tanalised (pressure treatment) as pictured. Once your summerhouse has been tanalised very litle maintanance if any is needed to preserve the life of the building, however we do recommend a coat of water repellant is applied once the building is fitted.
If you choose the standard red cedar base treatment, you should apply a coat of good quality wood preservative once the building is fitted and annually thereafter.
